36 Point Premium Heater Cleaning & Preventive Maintenance Service (parts extra)
1. Check thermostat operation.
2. Calibrate thermostat (if necessary)
3. Level thermostat
4. Check and repair all wiring connections
5. Identify heating fuse circuit on the panel
6. Check burner assembly input
7.Inspect and clean all burners
8. Check automatic gas valve operation
9. Check operation & safety system
10.Inspect pilot, pilot safety and electronic ignition system
11. Clean pilot if necessary
12. Check manual gas valves(free turning and leakage)
13. Check draft hood
14. Check vent connector
15. Remove debris from cleanout
16. Check all connections for tightness
17. Check for proper draft
18. Check fan and limit controls operation

20.Check pressure switch operation
21. Check all spill/rollout switches

23. Lubricate fan and motor bearings as required
